ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2009 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the mortgage, title, and home equity industries, giving me a strong background in helping people navigate important financial decisions. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, married my high school sweetheart, and love spending time at my kids’ sporting events.
I’m very involved in our local school community and athletics. I’ve coached middle school cheer for more than six years and enjoy supporting our local high school sports programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
